Our client was experiencing rapid transformational growth and asked us to provide strategic design service support for some technology and performance initiatives they were engaged in. They wanted to map out core business functions and operations with corresponding corporate processes and responsibilities, to both educate staff and inform back office infrastructure developments.

 

Working closely with Corporate affairs and Business services we devised a journey map in the form of a tree graphic to illustrate core branches and roots of the business and to act as a core visual identity for related employee communications.

 

The piece was deployed across internal communications collateral and an interactive piece was developed to help users navigate through to different layers of information for often complex subject matter. The interactive piece was developed in concert with SMS to help the organisation embed processes and standards to support a developing management framework, ultimately helping the business to operate more efficiently and improve decision-making.
